I had already ordered one purse for my granddaughter and it was delivered very nice. In a box with scarf and was very professional. My purse arrived in a wrinkled LV bag and like someone just threw it in the bag. I also got a orange bag all wrinkled. Mine did not come in box and did not have scarf.

It was my first order and, honestly, i was pleased with it. My order was processed very fast and no issues with shipping or other. The bag looks nice. I like the strap very much but the pochette's material looks a bit cheap. Generally speaking, from far you don't see so much difference from the original. As you get closer you notice the material. For my purpose it's totally fine. I'm happy with this purchase.

I have to rate this experience with a 3. This is because I ordered this as a gift and the packaging was severely damaged. The box was ripped, making it unusable to present. If this wasn't the case, I would rate higher. If another box could be shipped, I would greatly appreciate it.

I just purchased a bag from here and the shipping was very fast but I got both of the bags but no straps which really upsets me because that was really my whole purpose of buying this purse.
