At this time, our delivery services are unaffected; nonetheless, we recommend all customers to utilize their home address for delivery.

Moving forward, all carriers will use a contact-free delivery service, which means you won’t have to sign for any packages you receive.

All carrier guidelines and measures may be found on the selected carrier’s website, and emails will be sent to confirm delivery details once it has been dispatched.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification from us once your item has arrived, along with a tracking number that you can use to trace its progress. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to appear.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have restrictions when it comes to sending to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls under this category, you should research their policies and inform your clients about it.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns up to 07 days following delivery and will refund the whole order amount minus the return shipping expenses.

Please inform us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if your order arrives damaged in any manner.
