What is the procedure for returning or exchanging an item?

We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with your ohmyhandbags. Please provide your order number and the products you’d want to exchange or return to, and we’ll take care of the rest.

ohmyhandbags parcels do not include return slips, so don’t worry. Simply contact and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.

What is your policy on returns?

Within 07 days after receiving the order, all returns must be processed.

Please contact to place a return or if you are experiencing problems doing so within the 07 -day period.

To return an item, you must provide the order number, and you will be returned in full to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your original shipping costs will not be returned.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Payments made with a credit card through Paypal refunds normally reflect on your statement in 5-10 business days.

What is your return policy if I am dissatisfied with the product?

Yes, you must respond within 07 days of getting your gift. Your packing instructions are as follows:

  • Pack the items safely in a box.
  • Place the mailing label squarely on the parcel’s address side, covering any prior delivery address and barcode without overlapping any neighboring sides.
  • Use the provided address and affix the required postage.
  • Ship your package using your local post office or a shipping service of your choosing.
