Returns & Exchanges

What is the procedure for returning or exchanging an item?

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will accept returns or provide refunds solely for incorrect or damaged items sent. Notify us within 07 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Help! I can’t seem to locate my return slip.

ohmyhandbags parcels do not include return slips, so don’t worry. Simply contact [email protected] and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.

Return Order:

“For the return shipment, we will not provide you with a return label. You will need to send the parcel to our address first, and then we will process the return or refund for your order.”

What is your policy on returns?

Within 07 days after receiving the order, all returns must be processed.

Please contact [email protected] to place a return or if you are experiencing problems doing so within the 07 -day period.

NOTE: WE WILL ONLY RETURN OR REFUND IF PRODUCT DAMAGED, WORNG or ANY FAULT

To return an item, you must provide the order number, and you will be returned in full to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your original shipping costs will not be returned.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Payments made with a credit card through Paypal refunds normally reflect on your statement in 5-10 business days.

What should I do if the goods I received is incorrect?

Please accept my apologies if you received a product that was not the one you ordered! Please email us at [email protected] , and we’ll make sure you get your ohmyhandbags!

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 5% applies for returned items.

Defective or Incorrect Product:

Customers will not be charged for return shipping in the case of defective or incorrect products.

Remorse Fee:

For returns due to customer remorse, a return shipping fee of $5 USD will be deducted.
