I have to rate this experience with a 3. This is because I ordered this as a gift and the packaging was severely damaged. The box was ripped, making it unusable to present. If this wasn’t the case, I would rate higher. If another box could be shipped, I would greatly appreciate it.

It was my first order and, honestly, i was pleased with it. My order was processed very fast and no issues with shipping or other. The bag looks nice. I like the strap very much but the pochette’s material looks a bit cheap. Generally speaking, from far you don’t see so much difference from the original. As you get closer you notice the material. For my purpose it’s totally fine. I’m happy with this purchase.
